The pipes are pitched the wrong way which prevents condensate from returning to the boilers. The pipes need to be adjusted so that they operate without banging. The Massachusetts State Building Code 780 Section 103 requires the owner Of building to maintain all systems in a safe and operable manner. You are directed to repair this system within 30 days upon receipt of this letter. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the B.B.R.S. in Boston.
