Must have additional rail on left side of front stairs . 2. Light fixtures must be repaired on front porch. 3. Replace structural columns where required on front porch. 4. Repair hole in sofitt on front porch. (Birds entering) 5. Repair smoke detectors in all common stairwells . 6. Remove all propane grills from rear deck area. (Fire code violation) 7 . Remove all tires from yard. 8. Replace missing downspouts from gutters. 9. Automobile repairs on site not permitted. Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violation.
