Dear Sir:
Having received several complaints regarding a Children's
Club House illegally constructed at the rear of the above referenced
property, I inspected the site.
You are therefore required to cause the structure to be removed
immediately. The structure is very shabbily constructed, it is too
close to the property lines, and it is a definite fire hazard in the
neighborhood.
