Cellar
5 days Tenants state hall lights, porch lights, cellar lights, and
common area smoke detectors metered to first floor apartment.
Owner must repair cross metering or pay for electricity for
that unit. Attention Fire Prevention.
5 days Repair left side wall on cellar stairway.
5 days Repair cellar door so it is properly installed.
5 days Investigate problems and repair - Tenants state hot water
insufficient . Noticed one hot water tank leaking.

stable balusters, railings, has unstable support beams and
unstable boards in place. This stairway is a second means of
egress for tenants and must be repaired as soon as possible.

loose clapboards on side of house and restore wall to original
