RE: 34 Belleview Ave/ Single Family Occupancy
On Friday April 30, 2011 I conducted a walk-through inspection of the above property.
It is a two story single-family dwelling. The current owner states that at the time of his
purchase, the previous owner was compelled to remove a second illegal unit but at this
time it is clearly a single unit dwelling. I have notified the Assessors Department of the
current and legal use as a single family and I expect that they will change their
assessment accordingly.
This letter should not be construed to imply that the building is currently in conformance
with all applicable codes in all respects.

I did a walk through inspection of the house at the above address today. According to
the owner, when he purchased the property in '06,
The seller was required (and did) remove an illegal dwelling unit.
There is no question that the building today exists as single family dwelling unit. The
owner is in the process of refinancing and the lender needs verification that the City
considers this a single family dwelling and is taxing it accordingly.
