The building is unsecured and constitutes a hazard to the public health and to the many children on the street. The possibility of fire is feared by the adjoining owners . We request that you constitute a Board of Survey and take measurements to condemn the property and remove it. I would appreciate a response prior to April 24, the date of our next Association meeting.
