Please take the necessary steps to secure this structure and restore the building to a
serviceable state.
Failure to respond will result in legal action being filed in Salem District Court.
Thank you in advancd for your anticipated cooperation in this matter

RE: 22 'z Beckett Street
Dear Mary:
This department has conducted an inspection of the property
located at rear of 22 Beckett Street. We have found the property
to be well secured and free of street people at this time. We
contacted Century 21 Realtors and they have informed us that they
have a proposed buyer that will be purchasing the property by this
months end. The realtors have gotten rid of the raccoon problem,
and have made minor repairs to property to stop animals from entering
property.
If this office can be of any further help, please do not hesitate
to call.
Sincerely,
Leo E. Tremblay
