Dear Mr. Mold:
In response to a complaint, I made an on site inspection of the above
referenced property. I found loose slate on the roof and on the ground.
This is a hazardous condition and constitutes a danger to public safety.
You are hereby ordered to take immediate steps to correct this
situation and to contact this office within seven (7) days of receipt of
this notice. Failure to comply will result in this office taking the
appropriate legal action. Additionally, it may be necessary to obtain a
building permit for this repair. Please contact me so we can discuss the
extent of the repairs required.
