Dear Mr. Desmond:
Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned
property and the following violations were found:
1. Fence at rear and side of property needs major repairs.
2. This office has no record of issuing a shed permit.
3. Must obtain a shed permit from this office and shed must be no closer
than 5 feet to the property line.
4. Remove automobile battery from yard.
Please notify this department upon receipt of this letter as to your
course of action to rectify these violations. Failure to do so will result
in legal action being taken against you.
