To Zoning Board of Appeal
City of Salem Re: 60 Bayview Avenue
Salem,Ma 01970
According to the Assessor' s Map 144 lot ',`139 (which :is 60 Bayview
Avenue) has 20,800 sq, ft. and not 43,200 sq. it. The difference in
sq"ary footage appears to be mud flats,
It the sub-division were allowed, it would immediately create a
violation of the required side yard set back which is 1`0 ft. ( The
plan shows only 5 ft. )
Lot: B shm;m on the plan would appear to contain approximately
10,000 sq. ft, of usable land,
Lot A shown on the plan would appear to contain approximately
5,000 sq.fL of usable land.
Any subdivision must have the approval of the Planning Board.
