Dear Mr. Copelas,
A mortgage survey plan was received by this office from Paul Shoulds
regarding a deck at the rear of the above referenced property. According to
the plan, this deck does not meet the requirements of the City of Salem
Zoning Ordinance.
It is Mr. Shoulds contention to remove the violation and construct a
set of stairs and entry platform ( 4'X4') at the rear of the building.
This would be acceptable to this office, however a building permit would be
required for the alterations to be done.
