During that course of time, the home was occupied by the Borek Family, Mother, Father plus Eight Children. The Subject Property has (2) Bathrooms, (2) Means of Egress, (2)Electrical Meters, (1) Central Heating System. (2) Kitchens, (2) Livingrooms plus Bedrooms on each floor (Refer to Floor Plan). The property is located in an R2-Residential Two Family Zoning, that conforms with other Two Family Homes on the street and in the neighborhood. The property has been taxed as a Two Family by the City, according to the Assessor's Office. Since July 2,1973. The Electrical system and Plumbing has perform as a Two Family over the course of ownership. Off street parking has never been a problem for the family during that time. Additional parking has been added for a total of Four off Street Parking Spaces. Plus Three Street Parking Spaces in front of the home. (Refer to attached photo page.) I am requesting that the present file at the Building Inspectors Office be corrected to the use of Two Families. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
