Dear Ms. McCarthy;
A complaint was made to this office regarding the storage of lobster traps at this
address. Upon viewing this property I have witnessed the right side driveway is being
used to store numerous traps, a boat, and an unregistered vehicle. It is unlawful to use
this property for business purposes, and you are Ordered to Cease and Desist from this
practice immediately. All materials such as the traps, truck and boat must be removed
from this property within two weeks. Failure to comply with this order will result in the
filing of charges at District Court.
If you have any questions regarding this matter you may contact this office by
phone at (978) 745 —9595, ext. 5643.
