I have received repeated complaints regarding your continued use of
the above address for the purpose of conducting some type of business
involving pianos.
Your attention is called to the enclosed copy of the Zoning Ordinances
pertaining to R-I Districts (permitted uses.)
You are in th@ R-I District.
Your further attention is called to Section IX re: Violations also
enclosed.
In the opinion of this office and after consulting with your neighbors,
I find that you are in violation of the City Zoning by-law and order you to
cease and desist your commercial operation immediately.
