has considered said matter and would recommend: That. the Council vote as follows:
1. Declare said property as excess is :.-cord with previous determinations of
department heads-
2. Authorize the Mayor to sell with restrictions as follows:
a. No dwelling units to be constructed on the site
b. If Mr. Tassinari is the purchaser, then he is to convey part of the
parcel to Mrs. Machado of 21 Balccmb Street, per their previous agreement
with verification to City Clerk within 6 months, or a waiver from Mrs.
Machado in written form within a 6 month period.
3. The minimmun purchase price be set at $4,560.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred
Sixty Dollars)
