TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
My name is Ms. Shirley Knight and I am writing
in regards to the apartments at 7 Balcomb Street, Salem,
MA. I have lived;in that house since I was 10 years
v
old, I am now 59 and the 3rd floor apartment was always
there. Growing up'I lived with my parents on the second
floor, third floor tenants were the LeVasseurs after
that were MR. & Mrs. Dragon, I now live on the third
floor and have lived there for at least 32 years. Some
of the previous landlords were, Mr. & Mrs. Butler, Mr. &
Mrs. Jones, & Mr. & Mrs. Ryan and a realator was the
rent collector when I was a young girl, Mr. Manning I
think. I hope this will help solve the problem that
was presented to Mrs. Twiss, my present landlady.
