Munroe Director of Public Property Inspector of Buildings Zoning Enforcement Officer October 27, 1988 Janet Fraser 21 Arbella Street Salem,MA 01970 RE: 21 Arbella Street Dear Ms. Fraser, At your request we inspected said property for a final inspection on permit No. 61-88, we found you where not ready for this inspection. to list a few things we found wrong they are as follows. I . No hand rails on interior stairs. 2. No boiler room with one hour fire rating. ' 3. Exterior siding not finished 4 . Five parking spaces required, are not there. 5. A rear deck installed without a permit . To make this a legal deck you will have to apply for a Variance and or Special Permit from the Board of Appeal or you will have to remove the deck.
