1. Phase III G: #22,24,26 America Way: Framing is in process on the second
floor. Progress has been good. We have had not lost time due to seasonal
storms or hurricanes.
2. Site work: 3G: Water and electric conduit from Weatherly Drive has been
installed past #17 America Way. All sewer lines are connected for phase
3G. Drilling and blasting of phase H (the final phase) is commencing.
Stone walls (large rip rap) is being erected in the rear of #20 America Way.
3. 10 Weatherly Drive: Units 10-3 & 10-5 have been punchlisted and will pass
papers on Friday October 28th. Fire Department has passed the building as
well as plumbing and electrical inspectors.
4. #17 & #19 America Way: Foundation walls are poured. back-fill is being
compacted on the exterior and interior of the basements. Foundation walls
are water-proofed.
5. #20 America Way: (6 plex) Foundation and footings have been poured.
Under slab plumbing is being installed.
6. #18 Weatherly Drive: Site is drilled and blasted. Ready for Phase H.

2. Site work: Ledge is completely blasted. Footings are excavated for
#10 Weatherly Drive. Satellite garages for 28 America Way (both single
story and duplex garages).
3. #32 America Way: Exterior and interior painting is completed. Carpentry
finish is complete. Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems are complete; to be
tested on January 14th. Carpet will be installed in units 2,3,& 5 on Jan.
18th. Kitchen cabinets, plumbing finish and ceramic tile work is being
complete in units 2,3 & 5.
4. #28 America Way: Roof framing is in progress. Bridging has been started on
the first and second levels. All columns are aligned under steel composite
beams.
5. 30 America Way: Town House and garage: foundation walls are being poured
today.

Wood framer will begin next week.
2. Site work: All over burden has been stripped. Calculations for cubic
yardage of rock excavation are being made. Drilling is expected to start
October 13th. $25/yd is the estimated cost for trenching for foundations
and $18/yd. for open areas. Fire department will have someone on the site.
The hard top binder is being put down in the areas of 10 Weatherly Drive.
3. 10 Weatherly Drive: Finished carpentry is 100% complete. Units 10-3 and
10-5 will pass papers at the end of the month. Exterior painting and
landscaping is done. All mechanical and electrical inspections will be done
by the end of the month along with the certificate of occupancy.
4. #17 & #19 America Way: Footings are installed. Forms are being placed for
the foundation walls.
5. #20 America Way: (6 plex) rock has been excavated. 8-10" of compacted Lynn
pack has been placed. 50% of the footings have been poured.
6. #18 Weatherly Drive: Site is drilled and blasted. Ready for Phase H.

place. Exterior hardware for front door still has to be set in place.
Ceilings are sprayed. The central heating is on. Drywall is complete.
Exterior clapboards are complete. Interior finishes are to be delivered
next week for installation. The over head garage doors are still to be
installed.
#20 America Way: The roof shingles are complete as well as the EPDM on flat
roof. Rear decks are in place. Rear door hardware still has to be
installed. Exterior clapboards are 90% complete, the only remaining area is
the gable end which will receive two garages.
Plumber subcontractor is 30% done.
Electrical rough is 50% complete

Interior partitions are 95% complete.
Interior doors are in place. The exterior front door still has to be put
in place. Footings are in place for 4 garages adjacent. Form work sub
contractor has been expected for a week.
#17 & #19 America Way: Steel erection is in process for structural framing.
2. Site work: Bituminous concrete binder was set for walks and drives. a work
is expected. Lynn Pack has been laid down and compacted in roads and
parking areas.
3. 10 Weatherly Drive: Punch list is in process for occupied units.
4. #18 Weatherly Drive: 6 plex foundation is in place. Backfilling is in
progress.
5. Hay and polyethylene is in place for the footings of the next phase to
prevent frost from entering. Bank approval is expected.
6. One unit owner has a smoke detector which emits a series of 4 short beeps for
the last 2 weeks. The detector was replaced and the sounds continue. Gordon
will try to contact the phone company or other utilities to determine if any
signals may be affecting the alarm system. When tested, the system worked as it
should.

rough are all 95% complete.
Insulation is to start next week. Front stars are formed and will be poured
tomorrow (Thursday). Framing for the garages on both sides of Building 20
is in progress.

progress.
2. Site work: 'The frost is out of the ground but no additional paving needs to
be done and the plants have been closed since December.
3. 10 Weatherly Drive: Unit # 4 is sold. Owner is selecting finishes for
installation. Door, stair and window trim are in place. Unit 10-6 is
getting ready to pass papers.
