Framing is to commence on Monday. July 24th. 1995
2. #16 America Way: Foundation wall is 90% complete. Partial backfilled has
been done. Twenty feet of the front foundation wall has been left open so
that the bearing footings for the walls and structural steel can be poured.
3. #17 - 19 America Way (3) Town houses (type T-3) Interior finishes are done.
Floor finishes have not been laid in #17: the unit is not yet sold.
Furniture is to be installed in the model (#19). #18 has interior
partitions, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work is done. Insulation is to
begin Monday. Brick and stone work for the front steps is done. Rough
grading is starting. Secondary hook-up to transformer is completed. This
was the last shut down for this phase.
4. #20 America Way: Landscaping is completed in the front and rear. All units
have closed and are occupied.
5. #22,24 & 26 America Way: 100% complete and occupied.

stocked in the units. Installation of drywall is in process.
2. 8,10,12 and 14 America Way (4 townhouses) The foundations are poured and the
forms are striped. Interior backfilling will begin tomorrow. The exterior
waterproofing and perimeter drains will proceed tomorrow.
3. #16 America Way: The roof is shingled. The E.P.D.M. flat roof is being
installed today. The roof should be tight by this evening. There was no
apparent damage from the heavy rains over the week-end. The interior
partitions and rough plumbing and electrical work are complete. The Main
trunk lines in the H.V.A.C. system are installed. The rough grading in the
of #16 is including adding loam is being completed with the contractor's
large equipment. When the garages are completed, the finish work will be
done with hand tools.
3. #18 America Way Certificates of Occupancy and Smoke detector certificates
are in hand for the 4 units which will close this week. The landscaping is
completed in the front. The flagpole base is installed, including the
grading up to it.
4. #17,19 America Way. Landscaping is complete in the front and rear including
the shrubs next to the garage 18-6.
