Bolduc 52 Baker Street Beverly, Massachusetts 01915 Our office received a complaint regarding your property located at 17 Abion Street, regarding unsafe conditions and various building code violations. The complaint was investigated on Monday, March 12, 2013; accompanying our office on this visit were Ms.Elizabeth Salandrea and Mr. David Greenbaum of the Salem Health Department, said property was appeared to be in violation of Massachusetts State Building Code requirements and the electrical service appeared to be non-functioning. Under the provisions of 780 CMR, Section 116.3, the State Building Code, access to this property must be granted for the purposes of this inspection. Please call this office upon receipt of this letter to schedule this required inspection. If this property has rental units, these tenants must be notified in advance of this inspection, so that access to these spaces may also be accomplished. This inspection shall be executed on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 a 10:00 a.m.; failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance, and as such an Administrative Search Warrant will be sought, so as to allow the lawful inspection of this property.
