RE: 15 Albion Street
Dear Mr. Volanti:
Due to the inspection of your property at 15 Albion Street yesterday, I'm telling you to
stop work again at once.
We need a certified plot plan from you, with a sketch of the garage on the plan. A
perminate foundation in place, 2x6 rafters on the roof.
Please be advised that you must adhere to this letter before continuing on the garage.
Also, Section 7-3 in the Salem Zoning Laws prohibits any vehicle unregistered to remain
on the property over thirty (30) days. At yesterday's visit to the property, you had nine
(9) unregistered vehicles in your yard.
If you feel aggrieved by this order, you can appeal to the BBRS, State Building Code
Appeal Board. Failure to respond to this office within fifteen"days will result in legal
action being taken against you.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Frank R. DiPaolo
