Specifically written on the application ;New paint,refinish hardwood floors ,roof go over,new cabinets, countertop, new boiler .A licensed plumber ,CMP Plumbing out of Londonerry N'.H, secured plumbing and gas permits to replace the boiler. While inspecting the boiler, I noticed a new bathroom fixtures and a new kitchen. A quick look under the sink indentified that no vent was present. Also a new gas range had been installed. I told the plumber that permits needed to be pulled to vent the sink and for the stove. It should be noted that CMP Plumbing states he did not work on anything other than the boiler. CMP subsequently pulled permits to make the required corrections. To date ,the work has not been done . The building department will not do any inspections until this matter is resolved.
