Dear Rolf Franke-Often,
We will be commencing with work on the north side of our house beginning with trimming the
Norway maple on your property that is overhanging our house. We will also have the arborist
Ulm any branches from other trees and shrubs that are scraping across our clapboards,
especially when the wind blows the trees.This will be especially Important when we have the
north side clapboard replaced or scraped and painted. We will not want to have the work
damaged by your trees. You met a representative from the tree company we hired, Paul, from
Carpenter Costin Landscape Management. They are scheduled to start work on June 9, 2022.
See attached insurance information you requested from Carpenter Costin.
After the tree work is completed,we will let you know, also by oerti W mail,the dates for the
roofing project to address the damage to the root from your Norway maple tree. We also will let
you know the schedule for the project to address the peeling paint on the north side of our
house, in compliance with the Salem Board of Health. We are doing this as quickly as we
possibly can. We hope to have all work completed by the beginning of August, 2022.
As you required, a Surety Bond has been procured to allow our contractors to access your

PROVIDED, this bond is continuous and may be cancelled by the Surety by giving thirty (30) days
notice in writing to the Obligee at the address last known to the Surety, and the Surety shall be relieved of
any further liability under this bond thirty (30) days after such notice is sent by First Class U.S.
Mail. Regardless of the number of years this bond shall continue in force, the number of claims made
against this bond, and the number of premiums which shall be payable or paid, the Surety's total limit of
liability shell not be cumulative from year to year or period to period, and in no event shall the Surety's
total liability for all claims exceed the amount set forth above. Any revision of the bond amount Shall not
be cumulative.
