District: McIntire Address of Property: 39 Warren Street Name of Record Owner: William Healy and James Raye Description of Work Proposed: The following issues arose during the work begun with a Certificate of Appropriateness issued on June 2, 2022, for relocating rear downspout on main building, in-kind repairs /replacement of flat roof/soffits/fascia on rear addition and replacing gutters and downspouts on rear addition. • Chimney - 4 (Four) Chimney Flashing Repair • Dormer - Flashing Repair (Middle Rear) • Roof Replacement - 8 Dormers – In-Kind - Asphalt Shingles CertainTeed XT 25. • Roof ridge – apply Turbo Poly Seal and cover with a layer of silver coat to match the existing color of the roof. Not applicable due to work being in-kind or not visible from the public way. Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
