We are fully aware of this issue and are currently exploring ways to mitigate this problem. Please realize that this situation is not 'ideal' and we are working to come up with the best mutually acceptable remediation within the allowed grace period. We respectfully request and thank you in advance for issuance of a 'Conditional Certificate of Occupancy.'
