Re: complaint regarding 80 Margin Street NAPA store
Mr. Femino,
I checked with Salem P.D after our conversation today and confirmed your complaint about loading and
unloading activities taking place after 11:00 P.M. The Salem Police will be issuing a citation to NAPA for this
violation. I also called the operator of the NAPA store and asked him about the incident. He checked the time
slip for the delivery and confirmed that the delivery was late and he is addressing this with NAPA delivery
folks. It should also be noted that this was the only call for service regarding deliveries since 2005. 1 will be
addressing your other complaints as the answers become available.
