Dear Owner,
It has come to my attention that the cornice work on the corner of the building
above the Army Barracks entrance is coming loose from the building and needs to
be repaired. The cornice work is directly above a public pedestrian walkway and is
a public hazard. Please have this work assessed and repaired as soon as possible
