Dear Mr. Seger:
McBrie, LLC has performed numerous framing observations at the above referenced project with the most
recent occurring on February 15, 2018. The observations were performed to review the timber framing work
and connectors (hangers and holdowns) installed versus what is specified on the structural drawings. Based
upon the observations, it is McBrie, LLC's opinion that the timber framing and connectors installed to date
from the first floor framing up to the roof follows the intent of the structural drawings prepared by our office
and any work yet to be completed (side exit stairway, first floor reinforcing/support) should not halt the
progress of insulation or mechanical items being installed above the first floor.
