Dear Trustees,
I have been asked about any issues that might arise from an additional 3/bath being constructed in Unit#1. As
far as Building code goes,as long as plans are done by a licensed Architect and permits pulled by a construction
supervisor,there are no issues under the Building Code. Plumbing pipe sizing would only be a concern if you
were adding additional bedrooms and more residents. If you have any questions,please contact me directly.
