• Install two (2) new roof drain lines exiting the building onto Derby Street and Kosciusko Street in
accordance with submitted plans by Bobrek Engineering dated 6/9/22
• Final review and approval of drain details by Commissioners Graham, Meche and Spang prior to
commencement of work.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate.
