• Replace fence at rear of 120 Federal St on Andover St. and adjoining 118 Federal St. with like kind.
o Note: section with gate on Andover Street adjacent to 11 Andover is the only section of the fence
visible from a public way. The more formal fence that runs to Federal Street is not being
replaced at this time.
Non-applicable due to being in-kind repair. There will be no changes in color, material, design, location, or
outward appearance.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
