Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. If replacement is necessary, new elements must replicate existing details, dimensions and materials. Should any changes to materials, design or outward appearance be determined necessary, Applicant must submit a new application for review. Non-applicable due to being in-kind painting and repairs. Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
