Description of Approval of Work:
• Replace windows with Harvey Majesty aluminum clad SDL windows in 2/2 and 1/1 configuration to
match existing window configurations with the following conditions:
o Windows to be manufactured in white and be brush painted in the field (color to be determined)
o Exterior applied muntins to be 1” to match width of existing muntins
o Final determination of color, trim detail and installation method to be approved by Commission
prior to installation.
• NOTE: Review of vinyl siding removal and paint colors will be heard at the Commission’s June 1,
2022 meeting.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate.
