exemptions or limitations set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts
Ordinance.

Description of Work Proposed:
• Replace any damaged, rotting, missing, or non-original window trim/molding with in-kind trim/molding
that replicates the original.
o All replacement pieces will be painted with in-kind paint to match existing paint (Benjamin Moore
– Regal Select Exterior Soft Gloss White).
o All windows will be thoroughly assessed for appropriate replacement trim/molding.
Should any additional work be required as part of this project or if a new paint color is proposed for replacement
pieces, Applicant must submit a new application for review.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
