forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

Description of Approval of Work:
• Replace existing rear egress stair with new stair and deck design per drawings by Andrew Crocker
Architect dated 4-28-22 with the following conditions:
o Railing system to be Intex “Hampton” design;
o Stair and railing to be painted white to match house trim color with decking to be gray to match
house body color; and
o Lattice screening to be in wood of sufficient thickness with final details and color to be submitted
for review and approval by Commissioners Graham and Joyce.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate.
