Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. Replace a J&B window sash, which is water damaged and does not function, with new, custom-made single-pane, double-hung, six over six window sash on the rear addition on the north side, second floor. The window is not visible from the street through the storm window. This window is not visible from the public way. 2. Temporarily remove the electrical conduit and meter box to replace and paint damaged clapboards with in-kind clapboards and paint. 3. Scrape and remove loose paint chips from north side of house, if feasible. Otherwise, replace clapboard on north side with in-kind red cedar clapboard. Paint with in-kind color. Should any additional work be required as part of this project or if a new paint color is proposed for storm windows, Applicant must submit a new application for review. Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
