o temporary removal of cast iron pieces to an offsite workshop for repair and restoration
o re-leveling the foundation
o installing updated plumbing and electrical to operate the fountain
o reinstallation and repainting of the cast iron pieces.
• Estimated completion of full project will be during the spring 2023.
Not applicable due to in-kind restoration of fountain.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
