constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.

This is to provide a much needed access to the second floor,and bring the dwelling to conformity.This is a legal two family,without a
proper egress.I am asking this body to grand special permission of hardship to construct and exit to the 114.85 side of the house,asking
for a permission to allow me to keep the existing staircase,and the deck for easy access out of the building in case of emergency.
