Statement of Hardship(for Variances): The e)asbng propertyis already encroaching on the setbacks since its inception and such condition prohibits me from using the attic space as additional living space and bedroom for my mother in law with egress,light and ventilation requirements met.The dormer would allow proper clearances for the space without changing the look,feel and character of the propertytowards the street and the district.This propertyis unique on such condition related to setbacks and such dormer does not increase the footprint or non- conformityof the building related to the front and right side of the lot.
