Statement of Grounds
a) The propose special permit would not have any impact on the current social,economic or the
community other then the two properties in volved 44&46 Butler st.
b) Traffic flow safety will not be impacted, parking for both properties would be legally owned,no
loading or unloading will be required
c) There will be no changes to the existing utilities or public services
d) There will not be an impact to the natural environment,just a paved driveway that is already on
a sloped area so no drainage will be necessary
e) The neighborhood character would have little to no effect since there is already and existing
driveway
f) There might be a slightly change to the fiscal portion,since there is a portion of property/land
(9'x9O'270sgft)that would be subtracted from my property 46 Butler st and added to 44 Butler
St.
