Applicant's Description The painted wood trim around the windows of the building complex is peeling and in
of Work: some places the wood has rotted. This project will repair rotted wood trim as needed
with custom wood trim to match the existing design. All wood trim will then be scraped,
primed and painted in a white shade that is color matched to the existing trim paint color
(paint color is unknown, will match a paint chip). The scope is all windows of the
building.
Some basement windows have painted black wood storms and peeling exterior sashes.
This paint will also be scraped, primed and painted in a black shade that is color
matched to the existing.
One corner of the roof line has a piece of wood molding that is missing. This will be
replaced with a custom wood molding piece to match the design of the one on the
opposite corner. It will be painted the same white as the rest of the roof trim (paint color
is unknown, will match a paint chip).
In sum, the whole project consists of maintaining the existing wood exterior elements
with no changes to the design or colors.
