Your property above is zoned R-1 which is residential single family use. It cannot be used to store Construction
vehicles ,road trailers or other Commercial or unregistered vehicles. Someone is actively dumping Construction
debris . I have contacted you in the past and directed you to cease these activities. Enclosed, find a Zoning
violation ticket for$300 . If you feel aggrieved by this directive, your Appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of
Appeals. You have ten days from receipt of this notice to clear the lot. Failure to do so will result in additional
fines and further enforcement actions.
