Pressure wash with restoration cleaner;
Re-point the 2 chimneys from the rooftop;
Repoint to be done with type N mortar;
Re-install the chimney flash;
Remove and dump all the debris.

Terms&Conditions
1-Customer will be responsible for the permit cost if a permit is needed;
2-MS masonry and stone services will be responsible for all the materials and waste removal/cleaning up all the debris from the work.
3-This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and stands in the place of any
previous agreement,whether oral or in writing.The parties agree that no amendment to this agreement shall be binding upon the parties
unless it is in writing and executed by both parties.
4-This Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs,executors,administrators and assigns of each
of the parties hereto.
5-This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts,each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and
such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
6-All price,conditions and specifications are accepted,and MS Masonry and Stone Services is authorized to perform the work.
.Payment Terms:40%Upon acceptance of the job - 30%Half Completion of the job - 30%Upon Completion of the job.
