On today's visit met with Preston upon arrival to inspect the basement and both units. During visit found no signs of activity in the
basement at this time inspecting through the perimeter,noticed a slight opening by the basement door which could allow pest entry.
Notified to have that fixed to help diminish activity. in the first floor found evidence of activity with one capture found in the bathroom area,
placed glueboards to monitor activity in the kitchen area,underneath stove and fridge.In the second floor no signs of activity was found in
the unit,placed glueboards underneath stove and refrigerator. Noticed behind the washing machine there was a hole,filled it up with foam
to help diminish any potential pest entry,checked living room area and didn't find any droppings or rub marks. Checked bedroom and didn't
find any droppings or rub marks,placed glueboards to monitor activity till next visit.
