Dear Owner,
A few years back, this office notified you of a City of Salem Ordinance violation regarding the unregistered and
un inspected truck in your driveway. The truck is still there and is in violation City Ordinance 24-21 which
prohibits the storage of unregistered and un inspected vehicles for more than 15 days. The truck needs to be
removed or registered and inspected within 15 days of receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will result in
daily fine and further enforcement actions.
