“Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required” for the property located at 373 Highland Avenue
and 10 Cedar Road and shown on the following described plan: “Cedar Road, Salem, Massachusetts” prepared
by Beals and Thomas, Inc., dated October 28, 2021.
Applicant: Joe Correnti f/b/o K R Starr Realty Holding LLC
Location: 373 Highland Ave (Map 7, Lot 58) and 10 Cedar Road (Map 7, Lot 55)
Description: This Form A divides the lots known as 373 Highland Avenue and 10 Cedar Road into two parcels
each. 373 Highland Avenue will be divided into Lot 300A (52,480 square feet) and Parcel 300B (34,641 square
feet). 10 Cedar Road is divided into Parcels 308A (8,377 square feet) and 308B (9,711 square feet). Lot 300A is
the only buildable lot generated by this division of land. Parcels 308A, 308B, and 300B are all non -buildable,
due to their lack of sufficient frontage and area, and are indicated as such on the plan.
