Character of the Structure: The placement and painting of the AC unit will not negatively impact the historic character of the structure. Minimize Visual Impact: The placement of the AC unit above the first floor window and next to the vents as well as the painting of it to match the window trim will minimize visual impact and aid in the new infrastructure blending with the existing façade features.
