Dear Owner
After inspecting the garage at 6 Brentwood Avenue I have made this determination.
6 Brentwood Avenue does not exist the lot has merged into one lot the sole address
is 6 Alba Avenue. In 2001 a Building Permit was filed to build a garage with a storage
loft.On my inspection I have also determined that the loft area was finished in full
with a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom creating a separate and illegal living unit.
you are in violation of the Salem Zoning Ordinance and must cease and desist
from using the illegal living unit at once.
