From: Elizabeth Gagakis
RE: 320 Lafayette Street, #508
Date: April 24, 2017
Based upon a housing inspection conducted for the above address on March 23, 2017, a violation
notice and letter were written by this office to serve upon the owner of the property. Due to an
inspector being out of the office, the report did not get mailed out prior to the date of this memo;
according to the owner's attorney Chad Colarusso they were only made aware of the report as of
April 21, 2017. Atty. Colarusso has informed our office that repairs for many of the conditions noted
in the report have already been initiated and/or completed and will be providing invoices/work orders
to document the work that has been completed. Once all issues have been addressed, the Board of
Health will schedule a re-inspection and confirm repairs that have been made.
