This is a follow up letter per the conversation we had about the shed that you built on your
Property that is does not meet proper setbacks per the Salem Zoning Ordinance.
The shed must be at least 5 Feet off all property lines or you can go to the Salem Zoning
Board of Appeals for relief on the setbacks.This matter needs to be addressed within
30 days of the date at the top of this letter.
If you feel Aggrieved by this letter you Appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board Of Appeals
